WHO CAN AFFORD THE
HIGH COST OF HOUSING???

An entry level home where I live in California starts at $500,000.
Who Can Afford It?

PEOPLE ARE BEING PRICED OUT OF THE MARKET!

YA MEAN, I CAN GET INTO HOUSING FOR $29 DOLLARS
INCLUDING LAND, LABOR AND MATERIALS?

AMERICA IS BEING DOWNSIZED
Good paying jobs are being outsourced to countries where the pay is lower and so are manufacturing jobs. Lower paying jobs are taking there place. Can people afford housing, education, families, transportation, health care and food on a Walmart salary? What is going to become of us?

There was an old man who
lived in a tree...
It was all he could afford
you see.

.

.

.IT'S ALL WE COULD AFFORD!

The Center for Immigration Studies reports that since 1970, more than 30 million immigrants have come to the country legally or illegally. Currently, there are 750,000 births a year to immigrant families. This is creating a large demand for housing and social services.

HOUSING IS BEYOND THE REACH OF MOST PEOPLE IN CALIFORNIA AND PARTS OF THE COUNTRY. A lack of affordable housing means businesses have trouble recruiting employees..

.

.People are worried about the high cost of housing! It affects where people live and work and causes stress in meeting mortgage payments!

.June 2005: Housing Market BOOMING...
Fueled by low mortgage rates...RECORD HIGH SALES IN APRIL...RECORD HIGH SALES IN JUNE...RECORD HIGH SALES IN JULY

.

.In the old days,
